1. General Terms and Eligibility

vippp ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh. By accessing this website and/or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted the following terms and conditions.

To use our platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must participate on this platform of your own free will and voluntarily.

2. Account Registration and Verification

• The same person may not create more than one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

At the time of withdrawal, or when requested by us, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Confirmation of your mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Bank account details if required.

The withdrawal process may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• You must use only a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• After submitting a withdrawal request, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times.
• You must place bets on specified games while the bonus is active.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

4.2 Other Promotions

Specific terms apply to each offer when participating in our VIP program and other promotions. These terms will be detailed on the relevant promotional page. We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

5. Betting Rules

All betting activities on vippp are conducted fairly and transparently. The following general betting rules apply to all members:

• The amount of each bet must remain within the set limits.
• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except in certain specific circumstances.
• We reserve the right to void bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a bet remains unresolved due to an internet connection issue, the server record will be considered final.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

5.1 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including the FIFA World Cup) and other sports. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bets will generally be voided and the staked amount refunded.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Abusing the bonus system or "bonus hunting".
• Participating in any form of collusion or match-fixing.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's software or systems.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Making deposits or placing bets using a third party's funds.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

In the following circumstances, we may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

You may also request to close your account at any time. Upon request, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance first.

8. Responsible Gambling Policy
